Rental Terms

Customers who book via our website or call centre are deemed to have accepted the general terms and conditions.

Transfer fees may be paid by bank transfer or in cash to our driver in your chosen currency on arrival.

We commit to providing the transfer at the prices shown on your confirmed reservation form.

We reserve the right to change prices published on our website.

Online bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation email.

We are not responsible for emails not delivered, delayed or incomplete due to internet issues — please contact us by phone in such cases.

Please notify us by email or phone of any changes to pickup time, location or flight schedules.

No extra charge applies for delayed flight arrivals, regardless of duration.

Pets must be transported in a carrier if they are to be carried.

For domestic flights arrive at the airport 1 hour early; for international flights 2 hours early.

Smoking, tobacco and alcohol are prohibited in our vehicles by law.

Baby seats are not provided unless requested at booking (one baby seat is provided free of charge).

Child and baby seats must be fitted by passengers; we accept no liability otherwise. Our chauffeurs will provide verbal guidance.

Vehicle capacity must match passenger count. Passengers beyond capacity cannot be carried by law. Children and infants count toward the total. Insurance covers the stated capacity only.

If your chosen vehicle cannot attend for any reason, a vehicle of the same or higher category may be provided.

Please complete the reservation form fully and accurately.

Please verify your mobile number and email address — we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect contact details.

Transfer prices are per vehicle, not per person.

Please verify luggage count when loading. Our staff will assist with luggage. Excess luggage beyond vehicle capacity will not be accepted.

Wheelchairs, bicycles, e-bikes, surfboards, skis and golf bags not declared at booking will not be accepted.

At airports you will be met at the exit gate with a sign showing the name on your reservation.

Prices on our website include vehicle, driver, fuel, parking and toll fees.
